Fujitsu Technology Solutions Division ‘AirFix Kit’ direct mail and PURL campaign
Author: Mail Media Centre
Date: 10 May 2011
To open up dialogue with target organisations Fujitsu issued an AirFix-style model kit with loose pieces and no instructions.
How do you put together an AirFix kit when all the elements have been separated from their frames, there are no instructions and no part is labelled? Very tricky indeed.
The idea was to communicate to IT directors that a Fujitsu service assessment could show them how to save time and money, plus create a resource that could cope with changes in business demands more efficiently.
Created by Creative Direction Consultants, to date, 87 kits have been delivered, resulting in 20 accounts and three consultations have been attended. Fujitsu have forecast a new business pipeline of over £800,000 to date.
