Brand communications agency Gyro wanted to show one of its clients, American Express, just how much it valued their relationship, so it chose an integrated direct mail/internet campaign to deliver its message.
First, it sent out a 'love letter', in the form of a little black book displaying American Express case studies.
The scrapbook style gave it added appeal, while a call to action drove the client to a destination microsite (the second stage), where Gyro could flex its digital muscles and capture data in a subtle way.
