Office refurbishment company Morgan Lovell set out to directly target key decision makers – finance directors, senior office managers and MDs – to raise awareness of just how inspiring every square foot of office space can be and to encourage them to request a free office consultation.
Agency Amp Communications decided to produce the high-value, information-rich mailer, The Square Foot of Inspiration, in the style of a coffee table book. This achieved two things: it made the mailer stand out for an audience that receives lots of direct mail, and ensured that it had longevity, as the office refurbishment market runs on a seven-year cycle.
The mailer raised 460 enquiries – a huge 6.5% response rate. From a spend of only £38,000, new business leads worth £3.6m were generated: a potential ROI of 9,474%!
