Sparks data case study

Author: Mail Media Centre
Date: 12 July 2011

Sparks is the children’s medical research charity. They fund pioneering paediatric medical research across the spectrum of childhood diseases with the mission to help babies be born healthy and stay healthy throughout their childhood.

As a charity, every penny counts. So it’s vital their data is as clean as possible.

With help from Royal Mail a data clean helped Sparks to reconnect with supporters who might have missed out on previous communications due to inaccurate records and reduce the costs of mailing by flagging up any out-of-date addresses.

Trust fundraising manager for Sparks, Catryn Ladd, explains all in this new case study.
