Elvis Communications came up with a brand-enhancing direct marketing campaign for Virgin Holidays – a reply card sent via direct mail with the teaser on the envelope 'will your next holiday tick all the boxes?'.
Recipients filled in a reply card about all the things they wanted from their holiday; some options promoted Virgin services while others, such as 'to have a holiday romance or at least make one up', were a bit of fun.
The combined TV, radio, online and direct mail activity brought a ROI of £400 for every £1 spent.
