dnx marketing agency direct mail case study

Nothing beats a personal approach when you're on the hunt for new business, and marketing services agency dnx interpreted this quite literally with its 'Crow flies' direct mail campaign.
The B2B agency wanted large businesses in the Guildford area to know that it was on their doorstep and used an eye-catching personalised mailing to draw attention to its proximity and services.
A hand-delivered box landed on each prospect's desk, the lid proclaiming that '9 1/4 miles isn't very far'. The distance was accurately personalised according to how near their office was to dnx.
Inside the box sat a cute crow puppet, holding a leaflet that pointed out 'And your perfect agency is even closer'. The leaflet also contained useful details of some of the agency's recent campaign successes.
So far, dnx has released 16 crows in to the wilds of Surrey businesses, generated three phone calls and one meeting - a 25% response rate for a very local campaign.
