Insights from TGI and BMRB show that social network users are more likely to be a frequent responder to direct mail than the average British adult.

As much as they like to be engaged online, they still like to be engaged via direct mail in the real world!

Information derived from TGI and BMRB shows that people who log on to social media are frequent responders to direct mail.

Key findings include:

• Of 17m social network users in the UK, 8.2m have responded to direct mail in the past year including 3.451m by the internet and 3.249m by visiting a store.

• In addition, 71% of social network users are more likely to open their post if they think it contains a magazine.
