APA advantage study – financial sector

This Association of Publishing Agencies (APA) study, conducted with Millward Brown and Royal Mail, interviewed two groups of consumers about 13 customer magazines in the financial sector to understand their impact.

Findings include:

• More than half of respondents claim to keep hold of a customer magazine for a week or more.

• Nearly half pick up a magazine at least one or two times.

The report also highlights the return on investment for customer magazines in the finance sector and aims to set an industry benchmark for effectiveness.
