CSG Systems direct mail campaign

CSG Systems created an intriguing spy-themed direct mail package to capture the attention of a highly-targeted list of senior decision-makers.

Working with B2B marketing specialists Hodgson/Meyer, CSG sent prospects a personalised video message on an MP3 player, which arrived in a tin box marked 'for your eyes (and ears) only'.

Recipients were invited to contact a CSG 'operative' and find out more about their automated voice solutions, in return for a free video camera spy pen.

Not a cheap campaign, but certainly worthwhile - CSG calculated that just one sale would more than cover the costs of the entire campaign.  With 18 appointments lined up as a result of the campaign, it looks sure to pay off.
