In a bid to establish a customer database and increase store traffic, Dukky created an innovative campaign for US –based fast food chicken restaurant chain, Chick-fil-A involving direct mail, online and social media .
Direct Mail involved a plastic postcard featuring two perforated cards, which contained a personalized URL that directed customers to a unique micro-site.
As soon as the customer landed on the micro-site, real time tracking analytics showed them walking across the screen.
The software brought a new level of opportunity, potential, and ultimately success to this direct mail campaign.
Furthermore, through the integration of social sharing the campaign brought offline traditional marketing to the forefront of success stories by adding online capabilities.
