As businesses continue to focus on customer retention and building loyalty, they’re turning to customer data to help them deliver the right message at exactly the right time. InfoPrint Solutions Company sent a wallet containing receipts, bills and personal photos to its B2B audience of marketers to show how its data systems could provide better segmentation strategies and print solutions.
The mailer, which was created by Wunderman, also had a strong call to action in the form of a removable InfoPrint business card featuring a personalised URL inside the wallet. And, of course, the paraphernalia inside each wallet aroused the recipients’ natural curiosity, proving that a strong creative can sell even unglamorous – and intangible – products.
