NSPCC direct mail case study
Author: Xtreme Directory
Date: 01 July 2006
The NSPCC sent out a simple but powerful mailer created by WWAV Rapp Collins giving a graphic example of child cruelty. This landed on the desk of a large number of employees on a Monday morning and was followed up by an email reminder sent the next day which showed recipients how easy it was to donate to the charity through payroll giving.
The combined mail and email approach succeeded in achieving a 5% response rate as well as boosting donations.
