How can we address donors’ environmental concerns when we’re using direct mail

Debbie Pearce, head of fundraising at The Donkey Sanctuary, has a dilemma. Donors are suggesting that the charity communicates via email as it is more environmentally friendly. But she is concerned that email doesn’t have the same impact as direct mail, so asks our panel of experts for help.
