How to generate customer loyalty through direct mail

When a consumer makes their first purchase of your brand, they are potentially taking the first faltering steps towards a beautiful relationship. However, in reality, that’s probably not what’s going on in their head!
The development of a customer relationship is something that cannot be taken for granted, and needs careful nurturing by a brand to ensure that a mutually beneficial connection is made to spark an emotional link with the consumer.
The creation of this connection needs to be uppermost in the minds of marketers from day one – and yet the majority of brands either seem to have no welcome strategy in place or, if they do, it seems to be ill conceived and badly implemented.
So many brands go straight in talking about what they want to say – with little or no regard to what the consumers themselves want to hear about!
