Research proves that combining 'traditional' direct mail with up-to-the-minute social media campaigns effectively boosts product awareness and drives sales.

Key findings from this report from the Mail Media Centre using data gathered by TGI and BMRB include:

 •         Social network users are frequent responders to direct mail - over 8.3million have responded to DM they've received in the last twelve months.

•         Nearly half of social network users have done something as a result of the mailers they've received.

•         They don't just respond via the post, they visit stores and go online too.
