This Association of Publishing Agencies (APA) study, conducted with Millward Brown and Royal Mail, interviewed two consumer groups about eight customer magazines in the retail sector to understand their impact.

Findings include:

• Readers spend an average of 24 minutes with the retail magazines, in line with the study's average.

• Retail magazines are read more extensively than magazines in other categories.

This overview contains detailed insights and statistics to support the understanding of reading behaviour among this audience, brand engagement and the return on investment of customer magazines in the retail sector.
