If any of these terms or conditions is deemed invalid or unenforceable for any reason (including, but not limited to the exclusions and limitations set out above) then the invalid or unenforceable provision will be severed from these terms and conditions and the remaining provisions will continue to apply.
Prize draw terms and conditions
1. Promotion is open to UK residents aged 18 or over except employees of the Royal Mail Group Ltd, their families, agents or anyone professionally connected with the Promotion.
2. Anyone wishing to enter the promotion must fill in the official entry form available at http://www.mmc.co.uk/Registration/.
3. Incomplete, illegible or incorrectly completed entries will not be accepted.
4. Closing date for receipt of entries is 23:59 on 30 June 2010.
5. Maximum of one entry per person. 3rd party bulk entries will not be accepted.
6. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries lost, damaged or delayed as a result of any network, computer hardware, software or other technical difficulties.
7. Proof of sending will not be accepted as proof of receipt. Entries are the property of the Promoter.
8. There is one Prize. The Prize consists of £5,000 worth of IDM training and courses, inclusive of VAT, based on prices correct as of 30 June 2010. For further details on available courses please see www.idm.co.uk.
9. There will be one Winner, who will be chosen at random, from all entries received, by an independent judge.
10. The random draw will be carried out on 7th July 2010.
11. The Promoter reserves the right to offer an alternative prize of the same or higher value where it becomes necessary to do so.
12. The winner will be notified by telephone within 28 days of the closing date. The winner must claim their prize within 30 days of the notification otherwise the Promoter will chose a substitute winner selected in the same manner as set out in condition 9 above.
13. The winner's details (name and county) will be made available on request to those writing to "MMC IDM Promotion, Royal Mail Letters, 1st floor, 35-50 Rathbone Place, London, W1T 1HQ" enclosing a stamped SAE before or by 31 July 2010.
14. The decision of the Promoter, regarding any aspect of the promotion is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into.
15. The Winner may be required to participate in publicity arising from this Promotion.
16. Entrance into the promotion is deemed acceptance of these terms and conditions.
17. These terms and conditions shall be governed by English law and the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
